With over 30 years in live television and event production, Noel brings a rare balance of strategic thinking and creative instinct to every project. Known for his acute insight in shaping guest experiences and journey design, he crafts immersive environments that engage, connect, and inspire. At Elixium, he leads with precision and purpose in designing and delivering high-impact experiences that resonate long after the event ends.

BIRGIT STARK

Head of Event Projects

A seasoned hospitality and events leader with over three decades of experience across the UAE, Europe, and Asia, Birgit specializes in managing complex, high-impact projects. Her portfolio includes landmark government and corporate events such as Expo 2020 and AD Ports Group engagements. Known for her analytical mindset and people-first approach, she is committed to delivering operational excellence while fostering collaborative, purpose-led events.

MARIUM JAVED RIZVI

Assistant Events Manager

Marium brings over a decade of experience in events and marketing, with a portfolio that includes work for DIFC, PwC, JP Morgan, CITI, INFINITI, Nissan, Renault, and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. She holds an MBA with Distinction from Geneva Business School and is known for her meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach. At Elixium, she plays a pivotal role in planning and delivery, ensuring every experience is executed with precision and purpose.

SHISHIR KUMAR DAS

Sales Account Manager

Shishir brings a strong background in IT, IoT, and AV sales, delivering tailored technical solutions that match the needs of each event. Known for his customer-centric mindset, he focuses on understanding challenges, building trust, and ensuring seamless execution—whether for high-profile productions or intimate experiences. Outside work, he finds balance through film, long drives, and the outdoors—keeping him curious, creative, and grounded.

RAYMOND BELLA

Production Lead

As Elixium’s Production Lead, Raymond ensures every event is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. With more than 15 years of experience in live event production, he leads teams with clarity, steady hands, and sharp focus. Outside of work, he devotes his time to photography, where his eye for detail continues to shine.

IAN DIONSON

Strategy Communications Manager

Ian brings more than 15 years of event production experience, spanning creative concepting, show production, and stage management. He has delivered standout experiences for brands including Qatar Airways, INFINITI, ADNOC, Masdar, and the UAE Federal National Council. At Elixium, he transforms ideas into immersive experiences, blending storytelling and craft to create moments that move audiences and elevate their messaging.

Caroline ANGELA MASSEY

Sponsorship Manager

With extensive experience sponsorship activations, Caroline has contributed to major regional platforms including Formula 1, COP28, Expo 2020, the UAE Cycling Tour, and more recently, Party at the Polo. She specializes in delivering high-impact experiences that amplify sponsor visibility and drive strategic value. With a focus on cultivating collaborative, long-term partnerships, Caroline brings a results-driven mindset to every event.
